Job Description
A hospital along Airport road is in need of a Client Relations Officer.
Responsibilities:
– To resolve day to day queries from clients and employees, and provide support for routine issues
– To act as a point of escalation for clients’ complaints
– To manage phone calls and email correspondence
– To assist in establishing strong internal and external communication
Requirements:
– Must be proficient in English (oral and written)
– Must have excellent knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Packages
– Excellent phone etiquette and ability to multi-task
– Must be intelligent, smart, creative, good communicator and administratively efficient
– Ability to pay attention to details
