Job Description
A hotel along Jakpa road is in need of a Front Desk Personnel.
Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and provide them with excellent customer service
– Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper
– Answer all client questions and incoming calls
– Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages
– Monitor, organize and forward emails
– Maintain records and files
Requirements:
– Organisational skills and ability to multitask
– MS Office skills
– Good understanding of office administration
– Good written and verbal communication skills
